The commission yesterday, March 28, announced the unfortunate postponement of the elections till further notice.

The postponement of the election is said to be as a result of an injunction issued by the Tamale Metro Division High Court to suspend the voting till the necessary proceedings are undertaken to look into the just ended SRC/NUGs general elections.
